  • What to know about Alkemi Recycled Surfaces:
ALKEMI Recycled Surfaces is surface material that is composed of post industrial scrap waste. It contains fine flake aluminum milling scrap and is available in a variety of colors and surface treatments. ALKEMI Recycled Surfaces offers a sustainable alternative to plastic laminates, stone, and glass. ALKEMI is sold in ½” and ¾” thicknesses.
  • Where can it be used?
It is primarily used for counter tops and table tops in commercial and residential spaces. ALKEMI is not recommended for outdoor use and flooring.
  • Cleaning and durability?
ALKEMI is very durable, however it is susceptible to scratches from heavy use. ALKEMI is also stain resistant, however, acidic products should not be used on these surfaces.
  • What colors are available?
Now available in 14 different colors with a textured and classic finish or honed finish.
  • Green attributes?
ALKEMI qualifies for LEED credits: MR Credit(s) 4.1 and 4.2 Recycled Content: Post-Industrial.
