  • What are SoundScapes Shapes Acoustical Clouds by Armstrong?
Acoustical Clouds are suspended panels made of recycled fiber glass that absorb sound in interior spaces. These panels come in 10 shapes and can be arranged in various patterns, groups, or individually to create dramatic and exciting ceilings that are functional. Sound is actually absorbed on the front and back of the panels and panels can be suspended at angles up to 5 degrees.
  • Where can it be used?
Acoustical Clouds are for ceiling applications in interiors such as exposed structure areas, health care, office, education, retail, and hospitality.
  • Cleaning and durability?
These ceiling panels come with a 1 year warranty and are safe to use in seismic areas. Cleaning is very low maintenance and requires only light dusting and wiping with a clean, white cloth.

  • Color choices?
There are several color options in subdued colors: white, shell, pale lemon, pecan, sky, moss, and stone. Armstrong has noted that the colored panels may not absorb sound as well as a plain white panel.
