This product is composed of different layers: wear layer, decorative film, and backing with pre and post consumer content.

This product is very durable and comes with a 20 year commercial warranty and a lifetime residential warranty. It is suitable for high traffic areas. For cleaning, Centiva recommends Taski R 50 Neutral Cleaner with a damp mop.
